LOUISVILLE – Team Mitch today released a new ad entitled ‘Absences’ that will air statewide on Kentucky television.

WATCH AD

The ad further ties Alison Lundergan Grimes to Barack Obama and highlights how Grimes has stopped showing up for work but is still gladly accepting her taxpayer funded salary.

“Obama and Grimes both broke their promises in order to campaign for higher office. Each had little experience…then stopped showing up for work,” says the ad’s narrator. “And worse, Grimes still takes her taxpayer-funded salary while her parking space at the state Capitol sits empty, day… after day.”
