Senator Still Has Over $5.2 Million Cash-On-Hand For Final Weeks

LOUISVILLE – Team Mitch announced today that Senator McConnell has set a Kentucky record for fundraising in a cycle with $28.6 million.  The total comes as he raked in another $3.2 million in the 3rd quarter, leaving the campaign with more than $5.2 million for the final weeks of the campaign.

“The interest and enthusiasm for the strong Kentucky leadership of Mitch McConnell in the U.S. Senate has made it possible to shatter Kentucky fundraising records this cycle.  Voters understand that Kentucky is on the verge of setting the agenda for the first time in over seventy years and the excitement is reflected in today’s numbers,” said Team Mitch spokeswoman Allison Moore.
